The manager, Demitria Pullin, went above and beyond the call of duty when I left my purse in the lobby ladies room. I was 10 miles down the highway when I called back! She secured it until I got back and refused any gratuity! My sincerest thanks and appreciation is all I have to offer! Kudos to the manager and her staff!
Work trip, couldn't ask for a better hotel. Rooms are updated with large tv's and device charging stations with plenty of spare outlets. The beds are very comfortable, four pillows per bed! Good size refrigerator that works great as well as a microwave and coffee maker. Nice marble bathroom accents, large mirror with accent lighting. Nice bathtub and shower, neatly organized towels and washcloths. Large tapestries and decorative lamps. Large outdoor pool and hot tub! A pleasant stay at a very comfortable location! What more could I say, it's a short distance from many food locations and a freshly remodeled Walmart!
This was a room that was available when none elsewhere were. I needed it and it totally did its job. I had a good rest and an included breakfast only a southern woman knows how. It's made with so much love you can actually taste it! I tip my hat to the early morning workers in Granada. Your love shows in your work.
Both the desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were no toiletries on the bathroom sink. I don't normally use it, but I noticed it because I forgot my lotion. The. Towels were very soft and fluffy. The parking lot was very full, yet the guests were very quiet. It was peaceful, and I slept well. I greatly appreciate the fridge.
Stayed the night headed to new Orleans and it was a nice place. Breakfast was good. But someone did hit my driver's side mirror so hard I couldn't get moved back to position, it's broken but it's still on my car. Other than that it was good
